As part of my coursework for the Digital Content Creation program at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT), I developed a range of multimedia projects that combined creative storytelling with technical skills. This included work in digital marketing, motion graphics, and audio and video production.

As part of my work-based learning with Life magazine, the lifestyle supplement of The Sunday Independent, I designed a series of custom templates in Adobe After Effects for use in Instagram Reels and digital storytelling. These templates were part of a broader effort to help the publication expand its reach on social media and connect with younger, more diverse audiences. The project allowed me to blend my background in graphic design with new skills in motion design.

Dishing It is a one-off podcast I made with my friend Gill, where I cooked her favourite recipe from Meera Sodha’s East and we chatted over the meal. It was a fun way to mix my love of cooking, good conversation, and trying out podcasting. The whole thing felt like inviting listeners to join us at the table.
